In this guide, we delve into importing an existing seed phrase into the BitMask wallet.
A seed phrase, also known as a recovery phrase or mnemonic seed, is a list of words which store all the information needed to recover a cryptocurrency wallet. For this guide to import an existing seed phrase into the BitMask wallet, ensure you have:
Your existing seed phrase, typically 12 to 24 words long.
Access to the BitMask wallet, either through the Google Chrome extension or the web wallet at bitmask.app.
First, visit bitmask.app to choose between a Google Chrome extension, recommended for seamless DIBA marketplace interaction, or a web wallet.
Step 1. To import, click "Import Wallet"

Step 2: Wallet Setup
Create a secure password: This will protect your wallet from unauthorized access.
Confirm your password.
Enter your seed phrase: Make sure to enter it as a list of words separated by spaces, in accordance with BIP39 standards. For example: hotel obvious agent lecture gadget evil jealous keen fragile before damp clarify
