Before creating an RGB asset, ensure that you have a funded RGB vault. If you're unsure how to fund the RGB vault, please refer to the previous guide. Funding the RGB Vault
In your BitMask wallet, navigate to the "Assets" tab.
Click on the "Create Asset" button to begin the asset creation process.
Provide the necessary details for your new RGB asset:
Ticker: Enter a shorthand name for your asset (e.g., "TEST").
Asset Name: Enter a longer, descriptive name for your asset (e.g., "Test Asset").
Total Supply: Specify the total number of assets you want to create (e.g., 100).
Precision: Choose the number of decimal places for your asset (e.g., 0 for whole coins only).
After filling in the asset details, click "Next" to create your asset.
You will be presented with the RGB Genesis contract. You can copy the genesis contract and save it offline. Click "Okay" to confirm the asset creation.
To view your newly created RGB asset:
Navigate back to the "Assets" tab in your BitMask wallet.
nce the asset is loaded, click on it to view its details.
In the asset details screen, you'll find important information such as the Asset ID and Asset Contract.
